I have kind of self diagnosed myself with this problem through research. It is referred as Cubital Tunnel Syndrome and/or Ulnar Nerve Entrapment. It is the nerve the runs down the backside of your arm through the elbow and to the hand. It is the nerve that causes the sensation up your arm when you bang your elbow on something. Currently I have numbness in my left pinky finger and part of my left ring finger. The intensity comes and goes, but is always kind of there. I have been doing exercises to help this problem and they seem to slowly be doing the trick to get the nerve back in place. I was wondering if anyone here has had this problem, and if so, what worked for them to correct it?
