I'm always emailing my friends in Columbus about upcoming shows of bands that I like and/or follow.  I'm always checking Columbus shows in case I'm up there or just because I'm always amazed that so many bands I like seem to take forever to pass through New Orleans, but make it to Columbus regularly.  That said, I should share these shows with my 11W friends, so I'll do so as I see them come up.  Take them or leave them, but it's usually good music: Check out Blackberry Smoke at LC Pavilion on April 11th.
