Quick reasons for this post are as follows:

I am coming close to finals week for business school, and I am in a class (New Product Management) that requires a rather large final presentation. In order to collect data for this presentation, my group and I came up with a quick, less than five minute survey that will help us gather the needed information. If you can help out, I would truly appreciate it.
