Iowa State: Offensive coordinator Mark Mangino has been relieved of his responsibilities. Quarterbacks coach Todd Sturdy will take over the play calling per Paul Rhoads. Rhoads said that he and Mangino just weren’t on the same page.
Mangino's final performance: 27 points vs. Baylor. (The Bears scored 45.) Mark's son, Tommy, is still on the staff as receivers coach.
