After Jim Tressel-to-Nebraska rumors got the chattering class, well, chattering... Nebraska put an end to that speculation moments again when it announced the hiring of Oregon State's Mike Riley.
Riley has been in Corvalis for the last 14 years. Riley is 93-80 in his career, and the Beavers posted a 5-7 record in 2014 and were waxed by their rivals, the Oregon Ducks, 47-19. The Beavers finished sixth in the Pac-12's North Division.
