One of our bigger moves in 2012 was bringing Walt Keys on as our Art Director. Walt crushed everything we threw at him and then some, taking the initiative in creating a set of amazing game posters for the football season. The posters were a weekly highlight on the site and here they are again, linked directly to high-quality PDFs in case you missed grabbing them the first time.
Not content with creating a beautiful poster for each of Ohio State's 12 wins, Walt followed the series up with a print celebrating the undefeated season. Here it is, in all its glory after the jump.
Thank you, Walt, for capturing the greatness of this season.

I'm pretty partial to the Sparty version, but the Penn State poster is probably my favorite.*
*This changes often; the last nine posters are all absolutely fantastic.
Taquitos.
Yes, he did absolutely crush it every time. I hope he will be back next season to do the same. I have a 2012 calendar with old 1920s-1940s OSU game posters. I would certainly be willing to buy a calendar featuring these bad boys. Might be a way to get some more revenue going for 11W.
Purdue and Penn State were my two favorites from the season, but the undefeated season one is a masterpiece.
the illinois poster is still the best thing ive ever seen. and ive seen boobs
I guess that's the reason why walt didn't just make every poster a picture of boobs
why. why can't I upvote this. wwhy
Don't worry, I did it for you. :-)
Real fans stay for Carmen.
I'm having the set blown up, framed, and use as high-end artwork in my Buckeye Basement.
Walt crushed everyone. These are great!
thanks everyone. looking at them all, i have to say Purdue is my personal favorite. though i think it has a lot to do with the way that game turned out.
Great should of had for the Michigan. Of Brady Hoke running to the bathroom with his police escort.

Walt - do you also go by Grandman on Etsy? I bought an awesome OSU-UM poster commerating the 2010 game (a bunch of tiny TBDBITL members being led by a drum major) that I finally framed this year. It's one of my favorite OSU pieces, and it reminds me of the style of these posters a lot.
Thanks for the great work on 11W!
Indeed I do (well, did - haven't had anything for sale up there for a while), thanks for picking one of those up, they are completely sold out. You can see a few of the older posters at my personal site: http://grandman.net/#/sportposters/ (click through the posters using the bullets below the image)
It's a great print. Like I said, it's one of my favorites. Thanks for the link!
fantastic set of images, Walt. Hope to see you do this next year.
Have you guys considered putting any of these, or incorporating any of these designs onto the t shirts? I understand that there may be a copyright issue there, but not sure what the fine print would be
The Penn State Poster! Genius. That's all.
The world is full of kings & queens who'll blind your eyes & steal your dreams - it's heaven & hell - Ronnie James Dio.
The undefeated poster is still my iPhone's wallpaper and I'm loving it. Thank you Walt for your hard work and fantastic vision.
Has anyone gotten these printed and framed? Do you have a site you'd recommend? I want to give one to my brother for a birthday present. What about converting the file, and how many DPI and all that stuff? I haven't printed stuff through the internet before, and I want to maintain as much of the poster's incredible quality as possible.
