The spring following a championship hits different.

Film Study

Typically, this feels like the longest part of the year. Sky-high expectations in the fall almost always lead to a feeling of unfinished business throughout the winter. But not this year.

Perhaps it has as much to do with the rapidly evolving landscape of college football as anything. Still, this year's intrasquad scrimmage in Ohio Stadium had a decidedly different feel than years past. But as long as the Buckeyes are putting something on tape, there's always something for us to examine.

Here's what we go over in this special spring video breakdown:
  • A continued emphasis on Gap scheme runs
  • Julian Sayin's fine footwork and mechanics
  • Was that actually Matt Patricia's defense?
  • The debut of Logan George in Scarlet & Gray
