Johnathan Hankins is staying with the Las Vegas Raiders.

The former Ohio State defensive tackle re-signed with the Raiders on a one-year deal on Friday, according to Jordan Schultz.

The 2022 season will be Hankins’ fifth with the Raiders, who he originally signed with in 2018. Over the course of his first four seasons in Las Vegas, Hankins has started 60 games and recorded 172 total tackles with 13 tackles for loss.

Overall, the 2022 season will be Hankins’ 10th season in the NFL. A second-round pick by the New York Giants in the 2013 NFL draft, Hankins has recorded 356 total tackles with 36 tackles for loss and 14.5 sacks in 128 career games with 116 starts.

Hankins, who earned first-team All-American honors in his final season at Ohio State in 2012, is the only Buckeye currently on the Raiders’ roster.
