After a stretch of blowout wins, Ohio State is favored by more than two touchdowns once again this week, despite a more threatening opponent.

The Buckeyes opened as a 15-point favorite over Penn State for this week's primetime, top-20 showdown, with the scoring total set at 63.5.

By 5:45 p.m. Sunday, the line had already moved 2.5 points in Ohio State's favor, making the Buckeyes a 17.5-point favorite for Saturday's game, which is scheduled for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff on ABC.

Next weekend's game was set to be a top-10 showdown before Penn State's ugly 20-18 nine-overtime loss to Illinois on Saturday. Now, the Nittany Lions will head to Columbus ranked 20th in the AP poll.

Ohio State has covered the spread in its last four games and is 4-2-1 against the spread on the season.
