Ohio State's sustained success has led to one of the most successful overall periods in the program's history, and one of the most obvious examples of this is the NCAA record that they just tied with their 38-25 victory against the Nittany Lions:

One of the remarkable things about this streak is that it started all the way back in 2012, with a 17-16 road win against Michigan State that saw Braxton Miller pass for 179 yards and run for another 136 while Corey Brown had 12 receptions for 84 yards.

Here's a rundown of their wins:

DATE SCORE LOCATION
9-29-12 17-16 @No. 20 Michigan State
10-5-13 40-30 @No. 16 Northwestern
11-8-14 49-37 @No. 7 Michigan State
11-28-15 42-13 @No. 12 Michigan
9-17-16 45-24 @No. 14 Oklahoma
10-15-16 30-23 @No. 8 Wisconsin
9-29-18 27-26 @No. 9 Penn State
11-10-18 26-6 @No. 24 Michigan State
11-30-19 56-27 @No. 10 Michigan
10-31-20 38-25 @No. 18 Penn State

Note that this list doesn't count the 2018 "neutral site" win against No. 15 TCU in Arlington, Texas (although it should). But that's not all; the Buckeyes have another streak going in the Big Ten:

Overall it is a testament to how professionally run the program has been and the level of investment from class after class on a yearly basis that they've been able to run up streaks like this.
