Ohio State torched UNLV, 54-21, on Saturday.

The university counted 106,187 souls in the Horseshoe to witness the bludgeoning, and their intensity level did not impress the Rebels' freshman quarterback, Armani Rogers.

From 11W's James Grega, here's Rogers on the atmosphere:

"It was loud, but I expected it to be louder. Once you get going in the game, the sound kind of dies out because you're just so in tune with the game. You don't really pay attention to the noise. After that, you just go out there, have fun, and keep the chains rolling."

Ohio Stadium can still get raucous, but only during big games against big opponents.
