Clemson banjaxed Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl and will play Alabama for the 2016 national title on Monday night.

But the laws of America dictate the college football must continue next fall, regardless of the winner. As such, American gamblers can earn money predicting next year's champion.

According to the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook, Alabama is already the odds-on-favorite to reach its third title game in as many years, at 3/1. Florida State is second at 7/1, with Ohio State, Oklahoma, and USC trailing at 8/1.

Michigan is the next Big Ten team at 12:1. Penn State is at 30/1.
