Jeremiah Smith just showed why he’s the No. 1 wide receiver in the 2024 recruiting class.

The five-star Ohio State commit had a dominant performance against the 19th-ranked high school football team in the country on Friday night, leading seventh-ranked Chaminade-Madonna High School (Hollywood, Florida) to a 61-21 victory over New Jersey power Bergen Catholic by catching 16 passes for a whopping 316 yards and three touchdowns.

Smith put up those numbers in just three quarters of play, catching nine passes for 249 yards and three touchdowns before halftime.

Smith, who is ranked as the No. 2 overall prospect in the 2024 class, will follow up his standout Friday night showing by traveling to Columbus to attend Ohio State’s home opener against Youngstown State on Saturday at Ohio Stadium.
