The nonconference course is charted for Jake Diebler's second season as Ohio State basketball head coach.

While many of its opponents were known already, the Buckeyes released their full nonconference schedule to the public on Wednesday, featuring five Power Five opponents.

Ohio State begins a home-and-home series with Notre Dame on Nov. 16 in Value City Arena, marking the biggest home game of the Buckeyes' nonconference schedule. A trip to Pitt 12 days later will carry a chance for revenge after the Panthers beat Ohio State at the buzzer last season. The remaining three Power Five opponents are all neutral-site games; West Virginia in Cleveland, North Carolina in the CBS Sports Classic and Virginia on Valentine's Day.

Mid-major games against IU Indy (the season opener), Purdue Fort Wayne, Appalachian State, Western Michigan, Mount St. Mary's and Grambling State color the rest of Ohio State's nonconference slate.

While the Buckeyes don't have their Big Ten schedule yet, they do know their conference opponents for 2025-26. Ohio State plays Michigan, Penn State and Wisconsin twice and all other league foes once.

The Ohio State basketball season tips off against IU Indy on Nov. 3. Season tickets are available for purchase here.
