BOISE, Idaho – Kam Williams' seven point stretch during the final minutes of Ohio State's first round game against South Dakota State propelled the Buckeyes into the second round Thursday night.
The redshirt-senior had the most buzz surrounding him in the postgame locker room, and was the Buckeye selected to advance Ohio State on the bracket in the OSU locker room after the game.

A number of other Buckeyes addressed the media after the game, and discussed Ohio State's stellar guard play, looking ahead to Gonzaga and more. Assistant coach Ryan Pedon also talked to reporters, and discussed Williams' shot in addition to the emotional month it has been for him, following the passing of his father.
