How hard would it be for the site to send you alerts when someone replies to one of your comments? Or an alert when you get an upvote?

Right now users have to click on "My Account" to view all of their old posts, pop open a new tab and scroll through the forum topic. If you have made comments on multiple forum topics, this can get tedious.

Since this is such a forum heavy site, I feel like there could better process out there for said issue.
