Blake Snell will start things off for the Dodgers against Trey Yesavage for the Blue Jays. All eyes will be on the split-fingered fastball that appears to the 'pitch of the postseason'.
Since I haven't followed much MLB action through the season, I really don't know how this plays out. Nonetheless, it sort of looks like a classic 'best offense/hitting' against 'best defense/pitching' matchup! The adage is that good pitching beats good hitting, but if Toronto can get to the LA bullpen they might be able to tilt the field.
I don't have a dog in the hunt, so I'll be rooting for any and all of the great defensive plays, big/clutch hits, and unexpected that makes baseball so weird (in a good way)!
