Reuters reports that the USADA, along with Canada's agency, will call for a total ban of Russian athletes at next month's Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. This ban would also affect their Paralympic team.
The Russian track and field team has already been banned. This proposal would encompass the remainder of their national team.
The only exceptions to the ban would be Russian athletes living outside the country who participate with and adhere to drug testing protocols by other agencies.
