Per Yahoo! Sports, an Exhibit 10 contract is a special type of one-year, non-guaranteed minimum salary contract that NBA teams use to bring players into Summer League, training camp, and the preseason. It's most commonly given to undrafted rookies or players competing for the last roster spots. The player will then either be waived or it will become a two-way contract before the regular season starts, allowing the player to split time between the NBA and the NBA G League.
After three seasons at Santa Clara, Tilly transferred to Ohio State for his final collegiate season in 2025-26. During his lone season as a Buckeye, the 7-0, 225-pound center averaged 11 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game while shooting 47.9% from the field in 26 minutes per contest (32 games).
Tilly can receive a bonus worth up to $91,000 if he’s waived before the start of the season and spends at least 60 days with the Oklahoma City Blue, the Thunder’s NBA G League affiliate.
