Four-star safety Eli Johnson, the No. 110 overall prospect in the 2027 class, commits to Ohio State.
Came across this article and it made me curious to see what others thoughts are on the subject. Personally I believe the NBA needs to implement a rule to get rid of this tactic. It seems like a cheap shot for teams to take and ruins the flow of the game in my opinion. I don't quite agree with one of the authors negatives of imposing a rule, shooting as a fundamental of the game. A guy playing center is bringing a total different skill set and natural ability on to the floor versus a shooting guard. Having a guy with hands like Shaq, Howard, Jordan, etc shooting with a basketball is a lot different than Curry, Irving, Korver, etc. Just seems like a cheap strategy to me, but I'm curious to hear other opinions.
