At Least we've made someone's Final Four
James Daniel, a guard from Howard University, has the Buckeyes in his top four, according to a report from Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports. Daniel also has Michigan, Tennessee and DePaul among his finalists.
Daniel, who would be immediately eligible, played just two games last season because of an ankle injury, but as a junior he led the nation in scoring at 27.1 points per game. The 6-foot guard is originally from Hampton, Va.
Howard grad transfer James Daniel tells me he has cut his list to Michigan, Ohio State, Tennessee, and DePaul. Immediately eligible.
