With all that we are witnessing with the transfer portal and NIL what is everyones thoughts of the universitys doing away with scholarship money to pay for the full ride education. To me it feels like the kids no longer really give a crap about an education. I looked and cant find a direct answer of the costs involved but the following is what I found on the internet concering tuition, room and board and food for in state and out:
For The Ohio State University (OSU) main campus, yearly tuition for the 2024-2025 academic year is roughly $13,640 for Ohio residents and $42,423 for non-residents, with total estimated costs (including housing/food) around $31,000-$32,000 for in-state and $58,000-$60,000 for out-of-state students, though costs vary by campus and aid.
