All the old philosophy is fun to think about and these Old Fashioned posts about 3rd Downs or Football X's and O's beating us is only to make the poster think they know football but Ohio State lost because of the pick 6 in the 1st half and poor or inexperienced OLine play and unlike Miami, Indiana and the rest of the most of the CFP Top 8 they have a First year Qb, that ia a NoNo in the modern game of College Football, Cignetti, Dan Lanning, Miami, all bought their Qb's and pieces to make them ready to play for a Natty, just like OSU did last year. Recruitment and development will only be for the elite field ready players out of High School. And Recruitment and Development are fine if you want to compete every 2-3 yrs. If you want to be in the spotlight and I expect to see a lot more Indiana's pop up in the future and if Ryan Day don't get Bjork to open the purse strings up and buy a Couple of Game Ready Offensive Tackles and what ever we need to replace off this roster, we will either be left out of the CFP or be an early exit again next year. QB's will be and are at a premium. Inexperience is cheap and it will get you beat, just like last night.
