I understand a coach took a new job. But he was still with us till the end of the season right? If he was up in the box all season and calling plays, why did that formula immediately need changed when he was still coaching for us till the season was over? Also, is there a rule that u can't put  te in at rb next to the qb when in the shotgun and keep them in the backfield to help block and protect the qb when it's clear the ol can't?
