Unless im dumb, I have not seen this mentioned literally anywhere legitimate,  but today on THE Beat with Austin and Birm, Birm briefly mentioned how Tegra had an injury/surgery and is not expected to play the first playoff game?

After a quick search through twitter and 247 forums, there a handful of reports saying something similar: Tegra had some sort of surgery this week. I cant find a real confirmation. I have the exact time stamp embedded down below.
