With all the goal-line struggles and critiques about heavy 13p/14p packages, maybe the issue isn't that we have too many tight ends on the field. What if, we have too few tight ends on the field?
Presenting: the super jumbo bison 5-TE (05p!) package! (with Klare, Will K, Christian, Thurman, Roberts all on the field) Have Lincoln K in the shotgun, with 2 TE's in-line and 3 TE's in the backfield as fullbacks (kind of like a modified single-wing look). We could run a variety of QB keeper concepts, and throw in a jump-pass play as well (sneaking a TE out)
I'm posting this for the lols, but perhaps this is not as implausible as it may seem?
