Is Hartline just the first of many?  Does he take a couple of guys with him to be his Defensive and Offensive Coordinators? There are a couple of position coaches that may be ready for more responsibilities and doing so at USF is a lot less pressure than at one of the Power 5 schools. If this happens, I'm confident in Day's ability to find replacements, but there could be some major changes coming.
