Much has been said about Julian’s quick release and his ball placement abilities. both are excellent. 

One thing I’ve noticed but hasn’t been discussed much is his pocket awareness.  He quickly knows how to move around to give himself time and when/where to go when it breaks down. And when he moves he keeps his eyes downfield. 

He does this so effortlessly that I think it’s undervalued. Dude just “feels” the game so well. 
 

Right now he looks like he may be Day’s most complete NFL QB talent and that position is held currently by CJ Stroud. But I think Julian may surpass CJ due to his elite pocket awareness.
