I’m starting to see a lot of 2026 mock drafts posted lately. I’ve seen several Buckeyes projected as 1st rounders on different mock drafts. So far I’ve seen.         Caleb Downs, Carnell Tate, Averell Reese, Sonny Styles and Kayden McDonald all projected as 1st rounders. I think it’s possible for Igbinosum to play himself into a first rounder too. Mathews, Cayden Curry and Sievereld could go in the early rounds. Lorenzo Styles, Tywone Malone, Will Kacmarek, Kenyatta Jackson, Tshabola, Hinzman, Klare and Daniels all have a chance to be mid to late round picks too. I realize some of those guys still have eligibility left and may choose to return but if they do declare I think they will be drafted. If Klare, Daniels, Sievereld, Jackson and Mathews return I think they have a good shot to play themselves into first or second rounders in the 2027 draft. Either way the Buckeyes are going to have a strong showing in the 2026 draft.
