Would you expect NCAA investigators to have spoken to a number of key players —or even all of the players—from the 2021-23 Michigan squads? Framed in a different way, would you feel the NCAA investigation was truly thorough if it had not done that?
I guess where I’m coming from: would you think that Michigan players should have known something was amiss in the frequency with which they were correctly “assessing” what the plays were called by the opposing teams? I gather that studying of game films will pay off in an understanding of likelihoods in various situations; but, at some point, would you as a player wonder “what’s up?” even if you didn’t know expressly about what Stalions had been doing?
Or do you think that what the players may well have suspected, even if they didn’t have direct knowledge, is ultimately irrelevant?
Thanks.
