For me you can't go wrong with Birm and Ward over at Lettermen Row considering the close ties they have to the program and how reliable they typically are when it comes to insider information on the team. 

For my least favorite it's probably a tie between Dave Biddle (who specializes in claiming that he has reliable sources within the program when he really doesn't) and Lesmerises (who I especially soured on when he publically endorsed all the vile abuse the players and coaches took after scUM last year and said that they deserved it).
