For me I had to think about this a bit but here is my final verdict:

• Troy Smith
• C.J. Stroud
• Justin Fields
• J.T. Barrett

I considered putting Les Horvath on here considering he was the first Buckeye ever to win the Heisman and the only other Ohio State QB besides Troy to win it but the era he played in was so long ago and the game was so different back then. Haskins was also considered but him only being a one-year starter works against him.
