Fleming arrived at Ohio State as the No. 1 wide receiver and No. 3 overall prospect in the 2020 recruiting class, but battled injuries for much of his four-year career with the Buckeyes. He had his best season as a Buckeye in 2022, catching 34 passes for 533 yards and six touchdowns, but transferred to Penn State after catching just 26 passes for 270 yards and no touchdowns as Ohio State’s No. 3 receiver in 2023. He caught just 14 passes for 176 yards and one touchdown in his lone season with the Nittany Lions.
