There's a very distinct trend in the analytics profiles of OSU and TCUN. TCUN was way ahead of OSU for weeks 1-6, but weeks 7-11 the gap has closed offensively and, overall, OSU has a better defensive profile.

Parameters: Weeks 7 - 11
Offense/All/PPA : TCUN edge
Defense/All/PPA : OSU edge
Offense/All/Success Rate : OSU edge
Defense/All/Success Rate : OSU edge
Weeks 7-11 gathers data from Penn State for both teams. I don't know what affect the "cheating" had on the games, but it has certainly affected Michigan's statistical profile and dominance.
September is for pretenders: OSU is playing as well as TCUN in the weeks that matter.
