Is TSUN Vulnerable to Lawsuits, if So, by Whom?

What if Penn State only had one loss last year to Ohio State? Would they have made the CFP instead of the Rose Bowl?
What if Purdue won the B1G Championship? It was 14-13 at the half with TSUN outscoring Purdue 29-9 in the second half.

What other things would have been different? Betting spreads?
