It looked like Day was upset when we had the Delay of Game Penalties and was screaming about getting plays to the Offense more quickly. Also, his play sheet was in his pocket more than I'm used to seeing. 

After the 2nd Delay and his tirade on the sidelines, it looked like he pulled the play sheet out and said something like I got this. 

If Day was not calling plays, did he delegate to Hartline for this game? I did see BH with the play sheet in hand pouring over it a few times, which made me do some quick math. If BH was calling plays and we were slow to get plays in, causing delays, that could upset Coach Day, especially as he's letting go of his "baby."

This would have been a good game to put on the training wheels as it was never in question. Purdue is BAD and everyone knew this. 

Not sure if we'll see definitive answer, but I'm curious if others had the thought...
