We all know how easy it is to critique this team and it can lead to cynicism and entitlement if we're not careful. There are other methods of analysis to employ, such as "Appreciative Inquiry."  

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a strengths-based, positive approach to leadership development and organizational change.

Appreciative inquiry asks "What is going well?" "What are our  assets?" rather than just "What's wrong?" "What are our weaknesses?" It's not that the "bad" things are ignored but they're considered from a place of strength/opportunity.
