So, is the Special Teams coach at OSU there to make sure we have safe kickoffs, punts, punt returns, kickoff returns, field goals and defense against punts and field goals?  I doesn't seem like his expertise is in any creative special teams plays.  When was the last punt block, fake field goal, onside kick or kickoff returned for a TD?  It just seems like our special teams are very average or below average.  We have way above average athletes.  Why can't we make a special teams play?
