Ohio State Hires Former Michigan State GA Gerren DuHart As Assistant Defensive Backs Coach

Ohio State made another addition to its support staff on Tuesday, hiring Gerren DuHart as an assistant defensive backs coach.

DuHart comes to Ohio State from Michigan State, where he was a graduate assistant for the past two years. He was previously a graduate assistant at Wayne State, his alma mater, where he started 40 games at cornerback from 2011-14 and was a team captain.

DuHart is a native of Toledo, Ohio and a graduate of Central Catholic High School, where he began his coaching career as a cornerbacks coach.
