THE PERTINENT INFO

When: Saturday, November 14, 2020
Where: Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium, College Park, MD
TV: 3:30 // BTN
Announcers: Lisa Byington, Matt Millen and Coley Harvey

This will be the seventh time Ohio State and Maryland (2–1) have faced each other in football. The Buckeyes hold a 6–0 advantage in the all-time series and are 3–0 when playing the Terrapins in College Park. Hopeful it will be 4–0 after Saturday.

Mike Locksley's team is coming off of a stunning 35-19 defeat of Penn State in Happy Valley. The Terrapins have won consecutive Big Ten conference games in the same season for the first time in program history. Note, Maryland defeated Rutgers at to end the 2015 season and Purdue in the first game of the 2016 campaign.

Below, you will find some interesting facts about the teams, key offensive player stats, coach information, and team stats.

To Mute or Not To Mute?
An important public service announcement. The broadcast team of Lisa Byington and Matt Millen is arguably the worst duo in the history of football broadcasting. Don't get me wrong, I'm ecstatic Mr. Millen was able to overcome his very serious health crisis. The reason you will want to mute your television and listen to the sweet baritone musings of Paul Keels is due to Lisa Byington.

How bad is she? Byington makes Beth Mowens sound like Gus Johnson. Do yourself a huge favor and mute that shit on Saturday.

UPDATE: BTN has saved our ears. Brandon Gaudin, James Laurinaitis and Elise Menaker have been announced as the broadcast crew. This change provides us a little sunshine in this dark, dark year known as 2020.
