As we watch more games being canceled/postponed (today the MSU-Auburn game was postponed, possibility of Bama/LSU being canceled, Texas A&M stopping practice) I was wondering who gets selected champion if the week before the Big Ten championship one or both teams who won their division are unable to play due to Covid positives and contact tracing. I know there are multiple tiebreakers to select the division champions but have not found anything about picking a champion if the game cannot be played after division winners have been determined.
