Chase Young is the top prospect in the draft according to many evaluators, but it looks like NFL decision-makers won't get a chance to see him in action this week as Young has elected not to take part in drills or work out at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Young is penciled in by most as the No. 2 overall pick by the Washington Redskins, behind only Joe Burrow.
