Mike Hall Jr. is selected 54th overall in the second round of the NFL draft by the Cleveland Browns.
First, I'll admit that I hardly follow the NFL, but with the Buckeyes done and the NFL playoffs going, I figured I'd pose the following challenge to the board: What college can put together a stronger 22-man lineup of active NFL players than the Buckeyes?
I'm not even sure my team is even the best possible Buckeye team, but here it is:
QB: Haskins (not a lot of choices)
RB: Elliott and Hyde (although Samuel as an H-back would also be possible)
WR: Thomas and McLaurin
TE: Heuerman
OL: Decker, Elflein, Linsley, Norwell, Jamarco Jones (pretty shaky at OT)
DL: J. Bosa, Heyward, Dre'Mont Jones, N. Bosa (pretty shaky at DT, but need to get Heyward in there)
LB: Baker, McMillan, D. Lee (Get well Ryan Shazier!)
CB: Ward, Lattimore
S: M. Jenkins (still going strong), V. Bell
