Tressels, Fickells, Urbans and Days,

Some pundits didn’t even predict them to win the Big Ten East and play in the conference championship game.

Coming into the season, our impression of JK Dobbins was biased by a lackluster sophomore season.

There were also question marks at quarterback...we knew Justin was talented but he needed to learn a new system, he had never been a starter, and his toughness was untested and rumored to be questionable.

The biggest question looming over the 2019 season was what would happen with the transition from Urban to Ryan Day. Surely, we could expect a drop off, right?

All of that seems like a very long time ago now. From the first quarter of the first game when Ohio State scored four touchdowns in first seven minutes, they have not looked back.

This is still the best Ohio State team I’ve ever seen...and if they can finish this run there will be larger debates around all-time college football greats in general.

We are still waiting for Ohio State to be pressured in a game this season; it may be coming as the stakes get higher and the competition in these final games is even stronger. But, I like the spirit this team seems to have. It’s not like they have been devoid of hurdles standing in their way throughout the season. The Buckeyes lost their best player - and the best player in college football - for two games amid controversy and suspension.  They've played without the equivalent of an entire starting defensive line at various points this season.  They've had to get comfortable with an entirely new defensive scheme.  They've reinvented themselves on offense.  An OSU assistant coach faced his former team and his players from last season were mocking him before the game.  They played without most of the starting defensive backfield against Michigan.

...and through it all, nothing seems to phase them.  I would love to see the Buckeyes continue this run and dismantle Wisconsin in the Big Ten Championship Game this weekend.

Touchdowns:  Dobbins, Fields, Olave, KJ Hill

OSU 34 Wisconsin 10

Go Bucks!  Beat Wisconsin!  BB Landers for Heisman!
