After one year with the Cincinnati Bengals, former Ohio State linebacker Chris Worley will be looking for a new NFL team.

The Bengals announced on Tuesday that they have waived Worley in order to clear up a roster spot.

After signing with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent following last year's draft, Worley spent most of last season on the Bengals' practice squad, though he was promoted to the active roster for their final two games and recorded two tackles in their regular-season finale against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Bengals' roster still includes three of Worley's former Ohio State teammates: Sam Hubbard, Michael Jordan and Billy Price.
