If you have a few minutes, this is a great read. I realize that our running game was not as explosive and reliable as we had hoped going into the year, but this draft analyst sees Weber as a decent pro prospect that belongs in the NFL. The write-up includes 5 sample plays and evaluation of each, in other words it uses actual facts and data to show that maybe Weber was under appreciated this year. I have never heard of this site, so maybe some of you guys can tell me if this makes sense, or it's more McShay wannabes who talk about "smart legs" and "arm talent".
Even though Weber doesn’t have that next gear to kick it in and take runs to the house on a consistent basis, he is still a nice prospect. Though he’s not going to be a Day 1 or likely even a Day 2 pick, he possesses an all-around game that is worth having on a roster.

They also have a profile of Terry Mclaurin and project him as a mid round pick with excellent route running but needs to improve his hands.
