For those that want to try, public Rose Bowl public tickets go on sale via TicketMaster (their official outlet for handling ticket sales) at noon on December 4. If you succeed in getting tickets (they probably won't last on the site over 15-20 minutes), they will be at face value rather than aftermarket prices (probably plus TicketMaster fees).

I used this method when we played Oregon and got 2 tickets right at the entrance tunnel where the OSU players came onto the field. Max of 4 tickets I believe.
