In the new episode of The Journey...when speaking to the players about winning the Land of Lincoln Trophy after beating Illinois...he says "your legacy will live on long after you have these pads on...so I want you guys to soak it all in here...okay...because were going to do this same thing...there will be a beautiful extension to this trophy case right here next week. " Now...it's a nice sentiment and ... it is what you'd expect a coach to say...but...he flat out says THERE WILL BE a new trophy to add to the trophy case after next week. Fitz will have the team ready and believing. The Wildacts lost to two Top 7 teams by a grand total of 13 points. The odds that OSU wins by double that number are low. And...it may be what it will take to sway the committee if The Sooners win v. Texas. Go Bucks!
