That is the first time all year that Urban looked and acted like the old Urban both during and after the game and I think the team is starting to gain confidence. The defense is doing a much better job of getting guys to the ground. There were very few missed tackles today which made them have to work for every yard they got.

Offensively, I think the insertion of Martell brings into question whether schematically we are running the right offense with Haskins in there. The read option with Martell looked like it opened the field right up. I’m not saying Haskins shouldn’t start, I’m saying why are we running any read option with him in there. He’s not a threat to run at all so I think you’re making it too easy on the defense when you do. That was the number 1 rush defense in the country and I think with Martell we would have ran for 250. Adjustments still need to be made but I think things are looking up for the first time all season. Go Bucks!
