Should Ryan Day go 3-0, he is going to be a hot commodity in the off season. I could see a lot of big time programs going after him. What would it take for us to keep him here and give him the "Coach in waiting title" (similar to what Texas did with Will Muschamp when he was waiting to take over for Mack Brown). Say, Urban sticks around for another 3-4 years is there any way we can pay him enough to be the Offensive Coordinator/Coach in Waiting for those 3-4 years? I believe his is already making $1 million a year.
